Independent domain brokerage for buyers, sellers, and brand teams.

Contact the Domain Brokerage Group desk

Appraisal requests, marketplace listings, escrow questions and registrar transfer snags all land in the same inbox. Tell us which board your message belongs to and what stage the name is at, and it reaches the right moderator instead of sitting unread.

Open a ticket with the desk

Use this form for appraisal requests, escrow and transfer questions, registrar or WHOIS problems, and marketplace listings that need a moderator's eye. If your thread already exists on the board, link it in the message so we can read the context before replying.

Tickets are read in the order they arrive. Most get a first reply within one working day, and transfer or escrow threads usually take longer because we check registrar records before answering. Include the exact domain, the registrar, and any dates you already have.

One ticket per issue keeps the thread readable. Follow-ups go in the same ticket.

Reaching the Domain Brokerage Group desk

Most members never need to email us. They post in the appraisal board, open a thread in the marketplace, or reply to a negotiation already in progress. When something does need a human on the other end, the details below are the ones that work.

What to put in a message

  • Escrow or transfer questions: name, registrar, and where the handover is currently stuck.
  • Registrar or WHOIS issues: the exact error text and the date it started.
  • Marketplace disputes: thread link plus any screenshots you already posted.
  • Account problems: the username you registered with, not the email alias.

Response times

  • Email: usually within one working day, longer over weekends and public holidays.
  • Phone: answered during office hours; voicemail is checked each morning.
  • Forum threads: replies come from members at all hours, so expect a faster answer there.
  • Escrow matters already in progress: reply to the existing thread so the record stays in one place.
