What members say after a few months in the boards
Appraisal threads, escrow walkthroughs and drop-catching notes only work if the people posting them have actually moved names. These are pulled from the Solutions board, where members describe the situation they walked in with and what changed after the room weighed in.
I posted a two-word .co.za I had been sitting on for eleven months. Three members pulled comps from the same niche, one flagged that the buyer I had in mind had already rebranded. I reworked the ask and closed the handover through escrow in nine days. The appraisal board saved me from a number I would have regretted.

The escrow and transfer thread is the reason I stopped losing weeks on .co.za handovers. Someone had already written out the EPP code order and the registrar confirmation window, so I knew exactly where the buyer would go quiet. First clean transfer after that took four days instead of three weeks.

I came in as a beginner with one name and no idea whether to renew it. The beginner corner told me straight: drop it, the keyword was dead in the local market. Two months later I caught a better one in the backorder queue using the notes from the drop-catching thread.

Threads run long here. The appraisal board averages a first reply within a few hours, and the escrow walkthrough thread has been pinned since the forum opened. Post counts sit next to every name, so you can see who has actually moved names and who is just talking.
